Each day follows the wind.
Morning check.
Ride.
Adjust.
Repeat.
Beginners focus on confidence — board control and first upwind rides.
Intermediate riders refine technique — transitions, jumps, control and timing.
Some sessions are photographed and reviewed together.
Progress happens on the water.
And between sessions?
Espresso. Stretching. Sicilian rhythm. -
